Return & Refund Policy
We are extremely sure that you will never have to return our product or ask for a refund because we provide quality nuts directly from the best farms across the globe. In the odd case, if you do not love our products at www.taazashahimewa.com, here is our policy on returns:
Products can only be returned within 7 days of delivery if the packs are not found in position. You must email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Since our packaging is transparent, so we request you to check the product from outside and send us a picture of the sealed pack only. Pack once opened is nonreturnable/refundable in any circumstances. Email product pictures at email@example.com
Our team at www.taazashahimewa.com will receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You get the refund in your original credit or debit card used for payment and return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that are damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. You may reject accepting the order at your doorstep. We will initiate the process of refund within 7 working days from the date we receive the product back.
