General Information
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original payment method.
- Most orders are processed and shipped through our logistics partner Shiprocket. We also utilize India Post services for deliveries.
- For deliveries within Bangalore, we may use local delivery partners such as Dunzo, Borzo, Porter, and similar services for faster fulfillment.
Delivery Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We deliver across PAN India.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide, subject to the regulations and jurisdiction of the destination country.
- Orders are typically shipped on the same day they are placed. However, in cases of high demand or stock procurement, dispatch may take up to 2 or more working days.
- Each order will be shipped to a single delivery address provided at checkout.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided after order confirmation and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Delivery Timelines
Domestic Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
- Orders shipped outside Bangalore generally take 3–12 working days for delivery.
- We strive to dispatch and deliver orders within 2–3 days of the expected delivery timeline, barring unforeseen circumstances.
- In rare cases, items from the same order may be delivered separately.Delivery dates may vary due to order volume, product availability, or logistical constraints.
International Shipping
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–7 working days from the date of placement.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days from the order date.
- While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, festivals, or customs processing.
- In such cases, Taaza Shahi Mewa shall not be held liable for delays. Customers may directly follow up with the courier partner for updates.

Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2500 across India, except for the following states:
- Tripura
- Mizoram
- Nagaland
- Manipur
- Meghalaya
- Jammu & Kashmir
- Himachal Pradesh
International Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product dimensions and destination country.
- International orders are shipped via ShiprocketX, which partners with global couriers such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, Aramex, and India Post (EMS).
- Courier selection is determined by us based on shipment requirements.
Customs, Duties & Responsibilities (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance in the destination country.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products comply with local import regulations.
- We are not liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery due to customs restrictions or regulations.
- Refunds or replacements will not be provided if shipments are held, rejected, or returned by customs.
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges must be borne by the customer.
