General Information
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
- Most of our products are delivered and handled by our Logistics Solution company "Shiprocket".
- We also use India post services to deliver orders.
- For Bangalore shipments, we also deliver your orders using local delivery services like Dunzo, Borzo, Porter and other related services.
Delivery Location
- For Domestic Orders, Items offered on our website are available for delivery, Presence Across Nation (PAN) India.
- For International Orders, items offered on our website are available for delivery to all the countries other than India, subject to their respective Jurisdiction.
- We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out on the same day of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 2 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured where there is a heavy demand.
- Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
- An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

- Any shipments outside Bangalore and other parts of India will take 3-12 working days.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2-3 days of the expected arrival time of your order.
- Date of delivery may vary due to reaching our daily order limit or due to specific items ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be delivered in separate shipments.
International Shipping
- All orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 7 working days from the date of placing your order. The General Delivery Time-lines are within 7 to 15 working days from the date of order.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2-3 days of the expected arrival time of your order.
- However, due to unanticipated circumstances, festivals, events or holidays there might be a hinderance in meeting the standard delivery timelines. In such cases, Taaza Shahi Mewa shall not be held liable for untimely delivery of goods. Customer has the liberty to follow-up themselves with Courier Company, for faster and timely delivery in such cases.

Delivery Charges
Domestic Shipping
No delivery charges are applicable on all orders with an order value above ₹2500. This is across PAN India with an exception of the following States:
- Tripura
- Mizoram
- Nagaland
- Manipur
- Meghalaya
- Jammu & Kashmir
- Himachal Pradesh
International Shipping
- Shipping charges do apply on International Shipping as per the product dimensions and respective destination.
- We export our International orders through our courier partner “ShiprocketX”, a shipping aggregator, has several international shipping partners, including DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, Aramex, and India Speed Post (EMS) Internationally. The choice of courier lies with us as shipper, depending on weight, product, and country. ShiprocketX can ship products to over 220 countries globally.
- Custom Clearance is Customer's responsibility in case the orders get stuck in the customs of destination country. It is customers responsibility and obligation to see that he orders what his country allows him to procure.
- As a seller, we are bound to ship all products with-in the stipulated time, and cannot refund/ replace on the partial or whole shipment, if your country does not allow the shipment or product(s).
- We will not be responsible for return and refund or replacement, in case it is stuck in the customs of destination country, or it is returned back from destination country due to any reason.
- Also, any extra duty/tax , if levied, as per customer's country, has to be paid by the Customer.
