General Information

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
• Most of our products are delivered and handled by our Logistics Solution company "Shiprocket".
• We also use India post services to deliver orders.
• We also deliver your orders using local delivery services like Dunzo, Borzo, Porter and other related services.

Delivery Location

• Items offered on our website are available for delivery, Presence Across Nation (PAN) India.
• We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out on the same day of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 2 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured where there is a heavy demand.
• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
• An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Delivery Charges

No delivery charges are applicable on all orders with an order value above ₹2500. This is across PAN India with an exception of the following States:

• Mizoram
• Nagaland

• Meghalaya
• Jammu & Kashmir
