How to take:
- 1 teaspoon costus, 1teaspoon honey in warm water, in an empty stomach, once a day.
It is suitable to cure; diarrhea, constipation, blood clots, tumors, cancer, cholesterol, high blood pressure, asthma, breathing problems, cleanses the womb, increases fertility, stomach pains, stomach upsets, - 1 teaspoon costus, 1teaspoon honey, mix and apply to the skin surface. After 2 hours rinse it with water.
It is used to treat; acne and pimples, spots, mosquito bites, eczema, thrush, scars, burns, nappy rash, piles, and a face mask. - 1 teaspoon costus, 1 full glass of water, boil together for 2 minutes and allow to cool. Shake and apply 1-2 drops in each nostril.
It is used to treat; disinfects cuts, nose bleeds, runny nose - 1 teaspoon costus, apply directly to the skin.
Other Uses:
- It is used to treat; athlete’s foot. Also used as a natural scent and deodorant.
- Take with food or drink, once a week.
- It is used to strengthen the immune system of a human being.
- It is used in the treatment of rheumatism, eczema, dandruff, hair loss, arthritis, bites, spots, skin discoloring.
